Currently, I am only offering remote therapy sessions through telehealth. This means that regardless of where you live in Texas, you can receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office, or any other location of your choice.
-
The duration of each therapy session is 55 or 80 minutes. In the initial few sessions, we will take some time to get to know you better and understand the reason behind seeking therapy. Following this, we will work together to establish goals for the therapy and decide on the frequency of our meetings.

Every journey is different. Some people feel a shift within a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support to create lasting change. The goal isn’t just temporary relief—it’s about breaking old patterns, developing secure relationships, and building confidence in yourself and your connections.

If you’re experiencing an immediate crisis, therapy may not be the fastest form of support. If you are feeling unsafe or overwhelmed, please reach out to a crisis hotline or emergency services right away. You can call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate support.
If you’re not in immediate danger but feel like you need help navigating an emotional crisis, therapy can be a safe space to process what’s happening and find a way forward.
